Return & Exchange Policy

At Coco Club, we take immense pride in crafting premium-quality clothing for your little ones at our purpose-built factory in Lahore. Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch.

1. Conditions for an Exchange

An exchange request will be entertained if the article delivered to you falls under any of the following categories:

  • Received the wrong size.

  • Received the wrong color or incorrect item.

  • The article is damaged or structurally compromised upon arrival.

  • Number of items don't match with the order placed.

2. The Standard Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow this process to initiate an exchange:

  • Step 1: Scan the QR Code

    Scan the QR code printed directly on the product articles or locate the Return QR code on your shipping receipt.

  • Step 2: Submit the Online Form

    The QR code will automatically redirect you to [https://cococlub.pk/returns](https://cococlub.pk/returns). Fill out the online return form completely, providing your Order Number, Phone Number, and the specific Reason for Return.

  • Step 3: Ship the Parcel back to Us

    Immediately after submitting the form, you must safely pack the article(s) and ship the parcel via a traceable courier service to our prescribed factory address:

  • Step 4: Quality Evaluation & Adjustment

    Once our factory team receives and evaluates the returned product, we will contact you via phone. You will then be asked to place a new order online of equal or greater value than your original purchase.

  • Step 5: Dispatch of New Order

    The financial value of your returned item will be adjusted against your new order. The updated package will be shipped to you, with any remaining balance handled via Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Exclusive Reverse-Pickup Offer (Remote Areas Only)

To facilitate our valued customers living in remote areas, Coco Club offers an exclusive, hassle-free swap service under strict conditions:

  • This option is available solely at the discretion of the company.

  • It applies only if the customer has a maximum of one or two pieces to exchange. We will strictly not accept more than 2 articles for this service under any circumstances.

  • If approved by our team, a courier representative will bring your new adjusted order directly to your doorstep and simultaneously collect the previous article(s) from you.

  • Note: By default, the Standard Exchange Process (where the customer ships the item first) will apply to all orders unless explicitly authorized by Coco Club management for this exclusive offer.
