We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.3. Product Accuracy and Sizing

100% In-House Production: All our products are designed and manufactured at our purpose-built factory in Lahore. While we take the utmost care to maintain absolute consistency, minor variations in color, texture, and stitching may occur due to the custom nature of fabric production.
Sizing: We provide detailed size charts on our product pages for children aged 1 to 12. It is the customer's responsibility to measure and select the appropriate size before placing an order.
Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile screen's display of any color will be completely accurate.

4. Modifications to Prices and Services

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Strict No-Refund and Exchange Policy

By placing an order on our website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our Refund and Exchange terms:

No Refunds: Under no circumstances do we offer monetary cash refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges: We only permit exchanges for items that arrive in the wrong size, wrong color, or damaged/compromised condition.
The Exchange Protocol: To initiate an exchange, you must scan the QR code on the item tag or shipping receipt to visit [https://cococlub.pk/pages/returns], submit the online return form, and ship the product back to our Lahore warehouse at your own expense.
Courier Collection Discretion: In highly specific cases (for customers in remote areas returning a maximum of 1 or 2 items), Coco Club may—at its sole and absolute discretion—arrange a reverse-pickup swap via our courier partners. This is an exclusive courtesy offer and not a default customer right. By default, the customer must bear return shipping.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as Shopify payment gateways and logistics/delivery tracking tools) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, with any legal disputes falling under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
